The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple colored, it charges out with intense scents of minted blackberries, black cherries, and cassis, plus hints of dark chocolate, licorice, and pencil lead. Full-bodied, the palate is packed with mint-laced black fruit layers, framed by grainy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and savory. - 96 points, Lisa Perrotti Brown
